Two residents of Lowell and two from Monett, Mo., were indicted Monday by a federal grand jury in connection with participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Barry County, Mo., according to a news release from the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Missouri.

A Barry County man was apprehended at gunpoint last Tuesday night after he led area law enforcement officers on a high speed chase in the Monett area.
